Terms of service

These terms govern your use of leadersbot.com and the LeadersBot service. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

LeadersBot is software that replicates trading signals from leaders you choose into brokerage or exchange accounts that you own and control, subject to the risk limits you configure. We do not provide investment advice and do not hold client funds.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade the instruments you copy in your jurisdiction.

3. Your responsibilities

• Keep your credentials and API keys secure and grant only the scopes we document.
• Configure risk limits appropriate to your situation and review them regularly.
• Comply with your broker's terms and applicable law.

4. Leaders

Leaders agree to connect a live account for verification, to set a performance fee within the published range, and not to misrepresent their strategy. We may delist a leader at any time.

5. Fees

Subscription fees are shown on the pricing page. Performance fees are set by leaders and calculated on new net profits using a high-water mark.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadersBot is not liable for trading losses, missed or delayed orders, broker outages, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
