Refund and cancellation policy
Subscriptions
Pro and Leader plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, as shown on the pricing page. Prices are listed exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST, which are added at checkout where required.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. Copying stops and connections are retained in a paused state for 30 days, after which stored credentials are deleted.
Refunds
- 14-day guarantee: if you are on your first paid period and request a refund within 14 days of the first charge, we refund it in full.
- Yearly plans: after 14 days, we refund the unused whole months remaining at the monthly-equivalent rate, minus any months already used, on request.
- Monthly plans: after 14 days, charges for the current month are non-refundable.
- Service outages: if a LeadersBot outage prevents copying for more than 24 consecutive hours, we credit the affected days to your next invoice.
What is not refundable
Trading losses, broker or exchange fees, and performance fees paid to leaders are never refundable by LeadersBot. Performance fees are calculated on realised profits with a high-water mark and are settled directly between follower and leader through the platform.
How to request a refund
Email us from the address on your account with your invoice number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
