Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, and authentication details.
• Connection data: encrypted broker and exchange API credentials with the scopes you grant. We never request withdrawal permission.
• Trading data: orders, fills, balances and positions needed to copy trades and compute statistics.
• Usage data: privacy-respecting analytics without cross-site tracking.

How we use it

To operate the service, compute leader statistics, enforce your risk limits, send alerts you opt into, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

Storage and security

Credentials are encrypted at rest with keys held in a managed KMS. Access is logged and limited to systems that need it. You can revoke a connection at any time, which deletes the stored credential.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data from account settings or by emailing info@leadersbot.com. Residents of the EU/UK and certain US states have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR and state privacy laws.
